• No longer applies to minions (They don't have resists to steal! But this is primarily to remove inappreciable Power)
• P - Minimum steal: 2.5-5 --> 1.25-2.5
• Q - Damage: 70/115/160/205/250 --> 60/95/130/165/200
• Q - Rell now breaks Morganas Black shield, THEN stuns.
• W - Bonus Armor/MR while dismounted: 10% --> 12%
• W - Slidespeed: 85% of Jumpspeed --> 100% of Jumpspeed
• E - Passive MS: 10/20/30/40/50 based on rank --> 5/8/11/14/17/20/24/28/32/36/40/45/50 at levels 1-13
• E - Active MS: 20% (40% vs enemies) --> 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% (30/35/40/45/50% vs enemies) Now based on Rank.
• E - Removed the delay on the empowered auto, so you can use the empowerment much quicker. Not an AA reset.
• E - Damage: 20/25/30/35/40 + 3% Max HP --> 25/35/45/55/65 + 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% Max HP

• Damage Amp: 0-15% --> 0-20%
• Health Threshold for Max DMG: 20% --> 30%

Kraken Slayer

• Damage Type: Magic --> Physical
• Damage: 20+60% Total AD + 45% AP --> 35-85 + 65% Total AD + 60% AP

Moonstone Renewer

• Chain Heal: 20-35% --> 20-40%
• Single Heal: 15-25% --> 15-30%

Navori Quickblades

• AD: 60 --> 65
• Ability Haste: 20 --> 15
• Mythic Passive: 5 Ability Haste --> 5 AD
• Transcendence Cooldown: 12% --> 15%
